Burger Recipe

These burgers are so easy to make and taste like a real takeaway!

(Single Serve)

Burger:

  • 100g Venison/Lean Beef Mince

  • 1 Tbsp Flour

  • 1 Egg White

  • Lettuce

  • Red Onion

  • Tomato

  • 3 Gherkins

  • 20g Cheese

  • 1 Brioche Bun

Sauce:

  • 1 Gherkin

  • 15g Lite mayo

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tsp tomato sauce

  • 1 tsp Gherkin Juice

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine the mince, flour and egg white and roll into patties.

  2. In a pan on medium heat, cook the patties, flipping once brown on each side. Cook to your rare preference.

  3. Add the slices of cheese on top and cover to melt the cheese.

  4. To make the Big Mac sauce, finely dice half of the gherkins. Mix the gherkins, mayo, mustard, gherkin juice and tomato sauce in a bowl.

  5. Build your burger and enjoy my loves!
