The programme includes:

  • Weekly check-ins via email for accountability and support

  • Weekly recipes for simple & practical meal ideas

  • Unlimited email support & guidance (Monday–Friday)

  • 1:1 30-minute follow-up consultation every fortnight to review progress and adjust your plan

I am a Registered Nutritionist (AccredSpNut) specialising in GLP-1 nutrition support.

With a special interest in weight-loss and fixing food habits - I am passionate about helping others feel better in themselves, and build a healthier and more balanced relationship with food.

I work with patients who want to get the most out of their GLP-1 medication, not just while they’re on them but for long after. My focus is helping you to eat well, maintain proper nutrition, keep muscle and build habits that actually last.

  • No - this is nutrition and habit support only. I don’t provide medical advice, prescribe or manage the medication. All medical care remains with your GP.

  • Absolutely! The goal is to help you build habits that support progress now and over time, so when you finish the course - you are set up for life

  • Yes - this support complements medical care by focusing on nutrition and habit support, so you can get the best results out of taking GLP-1. You will continue working with your GP for anything medication related.

    I work collaboratively with your Doctor - sending update letters as appropriate to improve your care.
