You’ll be confronted by your current habits and relationship with food
But once the first 7 days pass, that’s where the magic happens ✿

Days 7-Day 14
Sugar cravings & old habits start to disappear
The second week is all about putting the May Method into practice, while you learn why your food habits occur and have the strategies to rewire them for good.
Know the root cause to why your habits occur
And begin to catch yourself when they pop up
Have proven strategies from the May Method in your back pocket
Continue to replace old habits with new healthy habits
Rewiring your mindset towards food and eating
Actively recognise the difference between emotional and physical hunger
Improve your relationship with food
This second week is where you continue to feel amazing and be able to catch yourself reverting to past habits - all while the reset becomes routine
Look, sometimes we have to be kinda cold turkey on our habits, but quitting your worst habit now will change your life faster than adding a new habit right now
This is why we meet you where you’re at this stage of the reset
In the reset you have access to 1:1 email support with your Nutritionist for any questions or help (open Monday to Friday 9-5)
