The first week is all about learning the why behind what you eat with the May Method

  • whole-foods and soul-foods

  • the 60/20/20 approach

  • navigating food labels

  • eating healthy on a budget

  • meal timing and combinations

  • nutrients in our foods

  • what foods to prioritise/avoid

  • common habits i see and what works to break them

  • supplements - beneficial or waste

  • how to portion snacks/meals for your goal physique

  • holistic health

I can’t lie to you, the initial seven days will be the hardest

You’ll be confronted by your current habits and relationship with food

But once the first 7 days pass, that’s where the magic happens ✿

Days 7-Day 14

Sugar cravings & old habits start to disappear

The second week is all about putting the May Method into practice, while you learn why your food habits occur and have the strategies to rewire them for good.

  • Know the root cause to why your habits occur

  • And begin to catch yourself when they pop up

  • Have proven strategies from the May Method in your back pocket

  • Continue to replace old habits with new healthy habits

  • Rewiring your mindset towards food and eating

  • Actively recognise the difference between emotional and physical hunger

  • Improve your relationship with food

This second week is where you continue to feel amazing and be able to catch yourself reverting to past habits - all while the reset becomes routine

Look, sometimes we have to be kinda cold turkey on our habits, but quitting your worst habit now will change your life faster than adding a new habit right now

This is why we meet you where you’re at this stage of the reset
